The death of women and children in tragic circumstances is always terrible, Oradour-sur-Glane is no exception of course. Heart break when we think of all these lives brutally interrupted, of all these little innocent victims of a conflict they could not understand. For the vast majority, the case is closed: on the morning of June 10, 1944, Oradour was a laughing little village, and on the evening, after the passage of a Waffen SS company, Oradour was in ruins, with hundreds of corpses among the rubble. This is enough to designate the criminals, which means the "Nazi hordes". Such a deduction may appears perfectly reasonable. But, if we consider the tragedy continuity, we must admit that only the first and last step are certain. The rest is the result of investigations, with everything they could have of deficient or oriented, sometimes both. That's why a counter-investigation appears necessary to us. If, for any reason, you want to believe the commonly accepted thesis since 1944; if, in your opinion, full responsibility of the Waffen SS can not be questioned; then stop this video immediately, it is not for you. If, however, you feel that doubt is allowed even when dealing with SS, then we're inviting you to follow this counter-investigation on Oradour's tragedy. For this matter we're going to adopt a traditional investigation methodology, much like the one described in that famous detective TV show called "Columbo". We arrive at the crime scene after the tragedy, while the technical teams have already conducted initial findings and questioned the first witnesses. These information will help us to begin our investigation. This one will start to focus on facts materiality, scientifically, with no consideration of the context; here: the German occupation; or for the presumed murderer; here: the Waffen SS; in order to understand what happened. ...
