Franz Wimmer-Lamquet, a virtually "unknown" Standartenfuehrer, is sent by Reinhard Heydrich and Adolf Hitler to Tanganyika on a special mission that few knew about then, and even fewer know about today: to foment African covert resistance against Churchill's imperial ambitions.
